The Self Service Portal (SSP) allows a user with Clarity login capability to either request access for themselves, review assigned Access Review items, or review/manage/create subordinate employee access. The particular options on this page (detailed below) are shown based on the users access within Clarity (See Clarity Entitlements for more detail).
|Manage Your Access||This options lets users request either basic or granular access to an application configured in Clarity.|
|Perform User Access Review||This lists all the remaining action items for any active Access Reviews in which you have assigned items. You will need the Manager Clarity entitlement in order to see this option, see Clarity Entitlements for more detail.|
|Manage Subordinates||If you are listed as the supervisor for identities in Clarity, your subordinates will be listed here (access granted by the Manager Clarity entitlement. See Clarity Entitlements for more detail).|
|New Worker||Option to create a new employee identity in Clarity (access to this option requires Manager or Admin access to Clarity. See Clarity Entitlements for more detail).|
