The settings menu is a highly configurable section of Clarity that lets you tune the system to meet the needs of your organization.
Sub-Menus explained
Sub-Menu Name | Description |
---|---|
Identity Attributes | Populate and rank the precedence standard and custom attributes for Clarity. |
Organization Units | Hierarchical structure of attributes to define the automatic generation of Roles (for use with RBAC). |
Username / Identifiers | Define the email address and/or username pattern for your organization (this helps with ID matching and creating) |
Points of Contact | Configure your "Primary Contact Email" and "HR Contact Email" in this section. |
Alert Email Template | Modify (or leave default) the email template for Clarity outbound emails. |
Access Review Reminder | This option lets you configure when and how frequently Clarity will remind users (via email) that assigned Access Review items are due soon. |
SSO | Configure your organization's SSO provider here. See the list of support providers here. |
File Storage | Secure storage location for all generated PDFs in Clarity. |
Tags | This highly configurable feature help you organize your data and create logical groupings which can be utilized by other components of Clarity. |
Workflows | Create, configure, or disable certain functions in Clarity to match your existing Life Cycle Management processes. |
