The settings menu is a highly configurable section of Clarity that lets you tune the system to meet the needs of your organization.
|Identity Attributes||Populate and rank the precedence standard and custom attributes for Clarity.|
|Organization Units||Hierarchical structure of attributes to define the automatic generation of Roles (for use with RBAC).|
|Username / Identifiers||Define the email address and/or username pattern for your organization (this helps with ID matching and creating)|
|Points of Contact||Configure your "Primary Contact Email" and "HR Contact Email" in this section.|
|Alert Email Template||Modify (or leave default) the email template for Clarity outbound emails.|
|Access Review Reminder||This option lets you configure when and how frequently Clarity will remind users (via email) that assigned Access Review items are due soon.|
|SSO||Configure your organization's SSO provider here. See the list of support providers here.|
|File Storage||Secure storage location for all generated PDFs in Clarity.|
|Tags||This highly configurable feature help you organize your data and create logical groupings which can be utilized by other components of Clarity.|
|Workflows||Create, configure, or disable certain functions in Clarity to match your existing Life Cycle Management processes.|
