The settings menu is a highly configurable section of Clarity that lets you tune the system to meet the needs of your organization.

Sub-Menu NameDescription
Identity AttributesPopulate and rank the precedence standard and custom attributes for Clarity.
Organization UnitsHierarchical structure of attributes to define the automatic generation of Roles (for use with RBAC).
Username / IdentifiersDefine the email address and/or username pattern for your organization (this helps with ID matching and creating)
Points of ContactConfigure your "Primary Contact Email" and "HR Contact Email" in this section.
Alert Email TemplateModify (or leave default) the email template for Clarity outbound emails.
Access Review ReminderThis option lets you configure when and how frequently Clarity will remind users (via email) that assigned Access Review items are due soon.
SSOConfigure your organization's SSO provider here. See the list of support providers here.
File StorageSecure storage location for all generated PDFs in Clarity.
TagsThis highly configurable feature help you organize your data and create logical groupings which can be utilized by other components of Clarity.
WorkflowsCreate, configure, or disable certain functions in Clarity to match your existing Life Cycle Management processes.
